Abstract : Background & Aim: Perhaps we can say that the most important part of any training program and Curriculum, is evaluation, Because only by doing that can we realize the shortcomings of the program will attempt to fix them. Several studies have shown that continuous assessment and interventions according to their results, the effects are undeniable improvements in educational process at all levels. Due to the fact that evaluation of training programs is a dynamic Mstmrv activity, led to the study design, along with student evaluation system is designed to do. Materials & Methods: Web design software and the computer was installed and running. Web to SMS service connected to a mobile phone able to recall scores assessed by evaluation. After the necessary arrangements for a group of nursing students were assessed by cell phone and text messaging to help . Outgoing SMS messages in a web application fetches the evaluation and feedback will be sent to students . Results: Advanced features that allow reporting of student , group director of strategic information processing Vdrs periodically , creating charts , student evaluation scores based on the cut- defined records , student evaluation , daily feedback on student performance , aggregate evaluation scores student evaluation of the course of history is Bdra . Conclusion: The results of this application has been examined in various ways and multiple times accordance with the principles of evaluation is proven .
